Bill Courter has written a wonderful reference book, "center-draft Kerosene Lamps 1884-1940".
It contains almost 450 pages of information on center draft oil lamps. Information about not only well-known manufacturers like Bradley & Hubbard, Miller, Rayo and others, but great information and pictures about very obscure lamp manufacturers as well. It is a well printed reference book that we use quite often.

This is now out of print but I have these available while supplies last at only $39.95.

These four antique brass lamps are examples of lamps that may now available for purchase. We offer this style lamp after they have been professionally polished and lacquered and they have all been electrified. This style lamp range from $180.00 - $325.00 complete with new opal (white) glass lamp shade and chimney.

“Regal Iris”

This Red Satin Patterned Glass Parlor lamp is shown on page #298 of Bill Courter's "Center-draft Kerosene Lamps 1884-1940". This lamp is circa 1900-1905 and was made by the Pittsburgh Brass Company in Allegheny City, Pennsylvania. Known as "Success Vase Lamp, Kopp's Cardinal Glass".

This lamp stands 25" tall from the base to the top of the shade.
Height does not include the chimney. A reproduction Chimney is included.

The original ball shade is included!!

Still in original condition, but with age conditions, I would doubt it would still hold oil and work as a kerosene burning lamp. I can electrify this lamp at your request for no additional cost.

This lamps are all truly antique, dating at or before 1900. Each have new replacement lamp shades. Each can be interchanged to use the different styles of shades that are being shown. Each lamp is described below:

These lamps are known as "Ginny Lynn" style.

These original Oil Lamp bases have replacement Opal shades.

Both of these lamp are B & H (Bradley & Hubbard). Polished and Lacquered and wired for electricity. The lamp on the left sells for $225.00 with an opal lamp shade. The lamp on the right is the B & H #4 "Radiant" sells for $295.00 with your choice of opal shade, or $335.00 with painted Blue Chintz Rose shade, as shown.

These lamps are now available. Polished and lacquered. These brass oil lamps have been electrified. The picture below shows a close-up of the details found in the base. These are not identical, but they are close enough to make a nice pair of lamps, but available separately, as well. Your choice of 10" lamp shade.
