Many of the products we offer are custom made, unusual in size, or require specific measurements. That's why we prefer to speak with you personally before completing your order. A quick conversation allows us to make sure you are ordering the correct lampshade, fitter, glass shade, lamp part or other specialty lighting product. Because much of our work is custom, we do not use the online shopping cart option.

Our store hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 Noon, Eastern Time.
Have your measurements and any information about the lamp, lampshade or other item you need available when you call. If you're unsure how to measure or what you need, don't worry—we'll be happy to help.
Can't Call During Store Hours?
Send us an email with your name, telephone number, the best time to reach you, and a brief description of what you're looking for. We'll contact you to discuss your order.
For custom lampshades, it is helpful to include the dimensions, type of fitter if known, and photos of your lamp and existing shade. If you're unsure what measurements or information we need, we'll be happy to help.
